During our stay we were the only ones on the property. Small room, kitchen and refrigerator. It is secure behind a gate that is kept closed most of the time to screen off roaming cattle, but the gate is just a minor hindrance coming and going. Great location, super clean. The place feels new, with modern appointments. English spoken. Check out. They lent us a couple of bikes, so we had a good cycle around. Highly recommended! La Giganta Hills Spa shares the same lot, but it also was closed. And, curiously, just one wine glass. Cyclists will have plenty of company on San Javiar Road out front, a popular draw for anyone who enjoys cycling. Our apartment was very artful, comfortableand well appointed, with slim but scenic views of both the Sea of Cortez and the desert. Near the malecon and all tourist establishments. Although it is only one room, it is very well designed and felt very spacious. But make do and enjoy your wine at the community table outside, on a patio craftily landscaped with local plants. Unique stays. It is close to the highly regarded restaurant Sabor!

We consider a place of relaxation and away from the center with easy access to get to and be able to visit the different places in Loreto from the beach to the Sierra la Giganta. We later stayed in a house closer to town and the water but we definitely preferred this spot and would return there if the opportunity was available.

Air conditioning. A coffee maker is available but no coffee, another minor consideration. Nice extra touches like fresh fruit on the table. Check in. The TV needs better directions. Having a family garden and large space to enjoy your stay. It's in a quiet residential area outside the main tourist area but just a few minutes walk to the centre. Free parking on premises. Enjoyed the porch hammock— perfect reading spot! It has a small terrace. The bedroom is in the loft, accessible by stairs without a rail on one side. In the "Huerta del Villa" we offer a very comfortable space within a private property with a classic style construction in the upper area of the city of Loreto. It has a locking gate for your car, which is nice. Entire apartment 4. We were welcomed warmly and had access to the kitchen for morning coffee. It isn't in downtown Loreto, but close, removed just enough to be quiet. It is. The apartment is very sweet. Wifi was excellent, and the unit has the best water pressure and heat of any place we ever have stayed on the Baja.
